Until I see otherwise, I believe Schumer is delaying wherever he can. But McConnell is letting Trump twist on confirmations and Ryan is letting Trump twist on legislation.

Trump and Sessions should make the remaining DoJ nominations their top priority and set a firm deadline for confirmation. Put the heat on McConnell as best they can.

I think of that old movie, Mr. Smith goes to Washington. With Jimmy Stuart. He was just an average Joe small town guy who “got” elected. Shows up at his office, and his secretary had to fill him in on every as he was a complete greenhorn.

Well, one thing that I recall is a scene where she said something about the staffers - that they should all be cleaned out - get rid of all of them, herself included.

The embedded staffers, involved in the politics behind politics - those are the ones that need to go. All of them. I volunteer to go to DC and answer phones, open mail, forward emails, etc., for three months for the salary of room and board. As a service to this country.

Even if I liked Obama, I’d wonder why he wanted to stay close to Washington after his Presidency given that almost every other President distanced themselves from the arena.

I learned Obama cannot be trusted. Everything about him has been shady. So one would be naive to think he’s hanging around our Capitol for any good reason.

Without inside knowledge that I would never get to know, but relying on what instincts have gotten me this far, I am confident that Obama has had some involvement with the strategy of propaganda, obstruction and slow-footing being carried out by the leftist media and the influential extremists who have overtaken the Democratic Party.

I truly hope moderate Democrats vote out the socialist scourge in their party in favor of more centrist leaders who are concerned not only for the people but the country as well. Because as it is on the left, I have absolutely no doubt that if left unchallenged, they will have this country socialized into ruin.

I never believed in conspiracies that I’ve heard about, including this new world order thing. But between the European Union drama and the ascendancy of a man as dubious as Obama, against a backdrop of the absolute outrage of millions over the loss by Hillary Clinton, I have to be convinced that the United States isn’t being maneuvered into position for takeover by the left.

We must stand strong against it and support President Trump.
