Agreed. There is no case currently before him now regarding this phony Russian scandal. I have never seen a 'pre-case recusal' and it gives the uninformed an impression of guilt.
I think I agree, but what if, hypothetically, Pence told Trump "He goes or I do"? (I don't believe that happened, it's just a thought experiment).
