Too late! Pathetic CNN tries to belittle Trump’s poll results, but Conway and Spicer run with the numbers (Full title)

President Donald Trump did so well in his first address to Congress that even CNN’s own poll could not hide the numbers.

According to a CNN/ORC poll of viewers, the president had an overwhelmingly positive reaction to his speech Tuesday addressing a joint session of Congress.

We have only ourselves to blame for eight years of Obama. I didn’t vote for him...but enough folks did. EIGHT l-o-n-g years. Thank God it’s over.

For many, the highlight of the address was an emotional tribute to fallen Navy SEAL Ryan Owens as his tearful widow looked heavenward during a more than two-minute standing ovation. Even those on the left could not deny the power of the moment, as CNN commentator Van Jones had to admit “in that moment” Trump became the president of the United States.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Winning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How does this compare with previous SOTU addresses? Bush’s? Obama’s? WJClinton’s?

It’s really not that hard to understand, except for the closed minds of those at CNN. President Trump spoke from his heart to the hearts of those who love this country.

NOTICE HOW THEY SPLIT THE POSITIVE VOTE?

OTHERWISE IT WOULD JUST HAVE BEEN 78% POSITIVE

Notice they DIDN’T split the negative vote? otherwise it might have looked like only 10% (each)

I just saw three so-called analysts on CNN who were forced to report on the market breaking the 21,000 level. They immediately pivoted into an attack against Trump’s citation of 94 million people who are underemployed. They lamely attempted to say he was lying about it.

These people are not reporters. They are just a bunch of disgusting, negative, and bitter partisans. CNN is truly fake news.

Trump understand what we face and he inately knows how to address it and ha sput together a team that will allow him to do so.

That’s precisely why the pogressive left, the establishment types, and the MSM are so decidely against im...they do not want the country to remain the prominent force for good in this world. They believe, as most marxists/communists/tyrants, that America needs to be pushed to the side and defanged.

Weell, Trump is not going to let that happen, and there’s plenty of us out here who are dedicated to American prominence precisely because of the foundation the nation is built upon and her GOdly, inspired Constitution.

...and we know Trump, if given the chance, will promote the nation and turn around the disastrous policies of people like Obama and the Clintons.

Actually, they did Trump a favor with that.

I found old SOTU addresses; Trump doesn’t score particularly high on total positive score, since there are (unsurprisingly) a large core of hateful Democrats. His overall positive score, 78%, is lower than three of Obama’s — and tied to a fourth — and lower than five of Bush’s.

But his “very positive score” is higher than all but Obama’s first.

Positive Vote 78%
Negative Vote 21%

I would call this WINNING!

I see this as sort of like track scores.

How well Trump is doing compared to his previous scores.

Not other peoples scores at other times.

So I think he is doing very well considering how far he has had to come.

I embarrassed my two youngest kids the other day.

Pulled up behind a car belonging to our local ABC affiliate the other day. Started laughing, rolled down the window, and waving my arm began to shout, “Fake news! Hey, fake news!.”

Sure felt good.
