President Trump's open door policy

Want to talk to President Donald Trump? Just walk right into his Oval Office. That's a privilege Politico has found many of Trump's advisers have under a Trump administration and it's pretty unusual. For example, the 'Apprentice' reality star turned adviser, Omarosa Manigault, doesn't need to set an appointment to see her boss. Neither does chief strategist Steve Bannon, senior policy adviser Stephen Miller, chief of staff Reince Priebus, son-in-law Jared Kushner or counselor Kellyanne Conway. That kind of accessibility to the president is a sharp break from the past administration. Former President Obama required aides and senior officials to make an appointment. Politico has also learned that even lower-level staffers are given easy access to the president. A White House official said, "the president likes to be accessible, including with his staff, and will continue that." In his book "The Art of the Deal" Trump writes, "I try not to schedule too many meetings. I leave my door open... I prefer to come to work each day and just see what develops."

Interesting. From what I can tell, he has an effective management style. Accessible, focused on results, quick to fire, it’s nothing personal.

Yeah, wouldn't want to catch the boy president playing with his blocks.
