My father came close. He was quite ill, so he voted absentee and passed away at the end of October that year, just before Election Day. I’m sure he voted a straight Republican ticket.
If one is alive and votes early, that vote is counted. It’s not a “dead” vote really. A dead voter is one who votes and has been deceased for some time before the early voting period started. These are likely all Democrat, but one poster mentioned an AZ Republican who might have also benefited from fraud.
