Planned Parenthood has been caught selling aborted babies’ body parts. It has been referred for criminal prosecution by both the House and Senate.

Can somebody kindly elaborate on what health services that Planned Parenthood provides which CAN'T be also provided by other organizations?
If Planned Parenthood is receiving public funding for contracted services without first having gone through a competitive bidding process when there are other providers available, then might it be argued that Planned Parenthood has been getting funding from the government by unethical, and possibly ILLEGAL means?
