President Trump can simply make a new executive order that would put full fiscal responsibility on everyone involved for these illegal aliens.
Any and all medical expenses they incur, responsibility for any crimes committed, if caught, full financial responsibility for all law enforcement costs, court costs and deportation costs including tickets.
That would stop it in a real hurry.

What is the point in illegals hiding? If they don’t go to work, to school, to steal or sell drugs, or even out to collect and spend their welfare checks (depending on which of those motivations brought them to our country illegally), why would they bother staying?
How about this: Make the Mayor and Governor personally liable (civilally and criminally) to anyone injured by an illegal in a sanctuary city.

One thing he can and should do is shift emphasis from the illegals themselves to the employers. Current law is $10K/illegal/incident IIRC.
Be REALLY VISIBLE — just like the latest raids that are actually SMALLER than the ones under obozo.
