A 17-year-old transgender boy completed an undefeated season Saturday by winning a controversial Texas state girls wrestling title in an event clouded by criticism from those who believe the testosterone he's taking as he transitions from female to male created an unfair advantage.
The family of Mack Beggs has said he would rather be wrestling boys, but state policy calls for students to wrestle against the gender listed on their birth certificates. So the junior from Euless Trinity beat Chelsea Sanchez 12-2 in the 110-pound weight class to improve to 56-0 and earn the championship.
Flanked by his teammates after the team won second place in Class 6A, the largest division in Texas, Beggs broke his silence.

It’s the testosterone use that should get her bounced. Steroid use is a no-no in these psrts.

Suppose for a minute that the trans thing was not an issue.
You have an amateur athlete who is taking a steroid drug.
Is that not by itself a disqualifier for competition?
If he was a boy, acting like a boy, doing boy sports and was on the football team
and they found testosterone in his system from injections, would he not be kicked
off the team?

We don’t tolerate this garbage. This happened because the morons at the University Interscholastic League were too afraid to ban this person because of PC considerations. They certainly should have banned this competitor because he/she/it took testosterone injections, surely a performance enhancing drug. Expect the UIL to fix this or be thrown out of their job as monitors for such events.

Calling her a he is a tip off of this so-called news outlets agenda.
The olympics used to disqualify Soviet transgender athletes.
More likely, she insisted on wrestling girls because she would be defeated every time by boys.
She shouldn’t be receiving hormone therapy in the first place. Any doctor who administers this type of program or is involved in the ‘transition’ of someone from one sex to another is involved in mutilation and should have his license to practice medicine revoked.
Transgenders are mentally ill. They are no different than people who believe they are Napoleon. They should be in a mental institution receiving shock therapy and drug therapy to resolve their mental illness.
