Also, the reporter described the Raqqa operation as a “take no prisoners” operation.
Strong indications that Kurds have the mission to take Raqqa (not Turks), that ISIS will be defeated in detail (not allowed to retreat), and that the Turks must not attempt a full scale invasion of Kurdish areas (more likely to now include Manbij).
It could also indicate an upcoming acceleration of the timetable to assault Raqqa City.
