August??? By then it will be too late for the tax reform to drive 3%+ growth and help us in the 2018 election. GOP will have to do A LOT better than that.

President Trump is quickly moving on regulatory reform as well, which is entirely the executive branch. That will also have an effect on GDP. Democrat's own childish behavior will doom them in 2018.
