Since Maricopa County has released all their violent illegal immigrants, then the Federal Prison system should likewise refuse to incarcerate anyone who Maricopa County desperately wants to keep away from their own citizens.
Trump should release all former residents of Maricopa County who are currently on Death Rows, Super Max, life-without-parole, etc, and release them in Maricopa County, threatening to re-imprison them if they leave the County.

Flood Arizona and California with ICE agents. If the state government officials or LEO’s try to impede, round them up and lock them up too. Aiding, abetting, or harboring federal fugitives (illegals) is a federal offense.
