True. It is a shame what happened to his man. I will also acknowledge that we don’t have all the facts to this case. If CNN is the source, I cannot take it as truth.

My comment was about some of the sweetheart deals our government has cut for some foreigners that aren’t available to our citizens.

Most people of Indian origin aren't - they lead all ethic groups in the US in household income. Over $100k/year on average - they aren't on any assistance programs.

Wouldn’t be surprised if he was an H1B hire though... Garmin does employ quite a few engineers for software development on H1Bs... mostly from India. Doesn’t excuse what happened, though.
