Trump admin controls the 2020 census. Will the census count unborn babies as persons? That is the #1 question.
I suggest it is a woman’s choice. If a pregnant woman says “Yes, this is my BABY” the the Census counts the baby.
But if the pregnant woman says “No, this is not a baby yet” then the Census does not count it.
Choice!

...the definition of “personhood” to include unborn fetuses from the moment of their conception...I may be 78 years old, but I still maintain the visual image from tenth grade biology of the diagram showing the first genetic split of the freshly fertilized ovum. That split, occurring almost instantaneously, results in the unique chromosomal makeup of the new organism which will never change over the span of the organism's life - if it ends up a "person" nine months later, it's a person at the moment of conception.....

No census has ever counted the unborn. GHW Bush was the last Republican to control the process.
Jimmy, Clinton, Obama controlled the other ones since Roe V Wade.

A sperm is alive but is not a person.
It does not have a human genome (just half of one).
No matter what kind of environment it’s in or what kind of nutrition it receives, it has no capacity per se to self-generate its own organs or to mature or develop in any manner.
