Yep, and immediately run into defense layers 2-5.
At least, one can hope, right?
Verdad?
Only ahead of schedule and under budget proposals accepted.
The extensions are bigly with this one.
Excellent Smithers
Make it so
WIN.
There is some concern
of emanate domain
especially along the
Texas border.
Animal rights activists have
also threatened law suits
regarding wildlife access
to the river. Ranchers also
depend on Rio Grande water
for their livestock.
I would wonder if one of
those bidding on the wall
has contemplated building right
down the middle of the river?
I’m sure something could
designed that wouldn’t catch
debris or impede the flow of
the river. The use of a ladder
to scale the wall would also
be made more difficult, as
would tunneling underneath.
The US side could still be
patrolled with boats.
We currently have 11 construction battalions in the SeaBees that are located in Gulfport, MS and Oxnard, CA.
They have an amazing ability to build almost anything anywhere.
They are self sufficient when deployed, have combat training and are armed.
They have been deployed during natural disasters and I bet would love to be involved with the man made disaster on our border and they are already on the payroll.
If our DOD can spend 43 million dollars on a CNG service station in Afghanistan that has no gas supply, why not declare our southern border a disaster area and turn these folks loose on it.
The wall is a force multiplier and a good at that. They may get over it and into the white van for processing.
