Ginsburg was the leader in abolishing federal and state gender discrimination. Her work as a private attorney specializing women’s rights and her role in the ACLU has made America more just.
“Antonin Scalia praised Ginsburg’s skills as an advocate, “she became the leading (and very successful) litigator on behalf of women’s rights—the Thurgood Marshall of that cause, so to speak.’”
She is one the few principled liberal SC justices in modern history.
I must also mention that Justice Ginsburg is the leader in the Court in following the Fourth Amendment. Scalia was the other.
The others are/were hit-and-run. The Fourth Amendment is one our most important rights but the courts have evicerated it in so many ways.
