"The best thing about this is the deterrent factor." The deterrent factor should kick in to higher gear also when boarder detentions/deportations start to increase.

They should also be willing to shoot instead of picking them up and bringing them in safely.
Shoot the coyote, the others scatter. Border control know who the coyotes are.
