Any person who has COMPLETED the transition from one sex to another may use the restroom that matches their parts.

For a man.. that means he has to have had his penis removed.

For a woman.. that means she has had her breast removed and penis added.

Provide a single stall bathroom. End of story.

But the kid says even though they have installed a single stall bathroom, he's not being treated like everyone else.
