No she isn't to the point of Alzheimers yet. I've seen Alzheimers up close and personal. But she could be showing signs of an early kind of dementia associated with people her age.

Same here. Mom died from Alzheimer’s.

For what it's worth, she attended Trinity at a time when the once top 10 rated woman's college was turning radically liberal. It was, in the 60's, an exclusive institution, not easy to get in to.
I was in class with Sebelius 4 years later and she was the darling of the administration. We had a strong conservative CR group on campus and only crossed paths in class. Like the "success" of other radical liberal ventures, I can't even find a ranking for the school anymore.
It's not Alzheimer's, it's Liberalism.
