This all should be state issues, not federal. On the other hand, since we have a constitutional right to bear arms, the states should stay out of that. Why does a Maine or Vermont person have more gun rights than me in New Jersey? The government has to get this all straightened out regarding who is responsible for what. Too much federal government but not in the case of Amendments, etc.
Yet none of these gun rights orgs will back the challenges to those unconstitutional state laws. They always seek donations but appear to do little with them. I would volunteer to be a test case but I can't afford to be bankrupted by the legal system.
