Conservative activist James O’Keefe has now promised to release footage from mainstream media newsrooms “in the next 48 hours.”
On Sean Hannity’s radio show, O’Keefe said he has obtained “hundreds of hours of tape from within the establishment media,” adding that people from inside newsrooms have come to him with footage to release “WikiLeaks style,” through his Project Veritas YouTube channel.
O’Keefe revealed he might have footage on “the one [Trump is] always targeting,” presumably meaning CNN.
The Project Veritas Twitter account also tweeted an article that indicated O’Keefe’s next target is CNN, saying they “may be on to something”:
O’Keefe has talked about this before, indicting last month that his next target would be the media.
Project Veritas has recently had a number of successful stings, having exposed a plot by leftists in DC to put stink bombs at the “Deploraball” inauguration event last month, exposing alleged voter fraud in New York City, and exposing the Clinton campaign’s connections to people who incite violence at Trump rallies.
Should be interesting. His stuff usually is.

I’m amazed that James is not already in jail on trumped up charges. He does walk a fine line most of the time (like giving his name as “Eric Holder” in Holder’s voting precinct and being offered a ballot), but his work is invaluable in exposing corruption.
They put him in jail on trumped up charges already.
He learned his lesson and got a lot smarter.
Exacty and unfortunately the press likes to use that by referring to him as a criminal. I have to educate people what he actually did and that was working as a journalist. Many journalists have been arrested on similar charges.
I can’t help thinking that this is a setup designed to discredit Project Veritas. But at the same time, I have confidence that O’Keefe would recognize a setup when he sees one.
I’ll believe it when I see it.

I think he is right in going for Wikileaks’ truth in original evidence style.
He is a brilliant editor, documentary maker, but with “documentaries” popping up daily on YouTube like daffodils, documentaries are all suspect, and those of nonleftists especially so.
He’s going for hard documentation. There is much less to critique when you just post the unedited truth. I respect him more than I even already did for moving in that direction.
