ANNAPOLIS, Md. Maryland's ban on 45 kinds of assault weapons and its 10-round limit on gun magazines were upheld Tuesday by a federal appeals court in a decision that met with a strongly worded dissent.
In a 10-4 ruling, the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Richmond, Va., said the guns banned under Maryland's law aren't protected by the Second Amendment.

"Put simply, we have no power to extend Second Amendment protections to weapons of war," Judge Robert King wrote for the court,..Control the language, control the narrative.
This is nothing but Judicial Tyranny.

My good citizens of Maryland, no guns for you! However, there will be some vans patrolling some neighborhoods where you will be able to purchase them, cash only.

Very high-quality rifles from LWRC clearly have Cambridge, MD written on the lower.
Would be nice if they eventually moved to a friendlier adjacent state.

Guess you missed the disclaimer about future weapons that have shoulder goes up things and YUGE ammunition feeding capability and forward pistol grips. Yeah, I missed that part too. Guess we better order the new revised edition of the constitution huh? Those people are fidiots.

How do these judges explain Letters of Marque being in the Constitution? Furthermore, what is the definition of “arms”?

it goes without saying for the regulars here - but lurkers not versed in guns should know that the banned guns are semi automatic civilian cousins to the fully automatic "weapons of war".
That said - the 2A IS for weapons of war as it isn't for hunting, rather, fending off tyranny by govt
the AR15 is cousin to the M16 - get it kids? - these a-holes intentionally got it wrong
