LOL!!! The rule of law hasn't been followed for 8 years (as well as under Bush). How the heck could a sane person claim that enforcing the actual law is not following the rule of law? These people are absurd.

There’s a failure of logic in the arguments of illegal immigrant defenders that I don’t understand. Legal immigrants, who are also non-citizens, are also subject to removal and loss of their legal resident status, if they are convicted or charged with criminal activity. Non-citizens, however they get here, can be removed if they are guilty of criminal behavior. We wouldn’t have let them in if we had known what they were going to do.
