AUDIO FILE: Top CPAC Executive Caught Talking Terribly About Big Name Conservatives
DML DennisMichaelLynch ^ | 2/20/17 | DML

DML is in possession of an audio file which we planned to release today at 7pm. The file contains comments made by a top level executive from the American Conservative Union (ACU) speaking terribly about well-known people who often speak at CPAC. But our plans changed this afternoon when conservative activist, Milo Yiannopoulos, had his invitation to speak at CPAC 2017 rescinded by the ACU. We’ve decided to release our audio file tomorrow morning at 12:00pm eastern standard time.

Below are some of the hard hitting comments heard on the audio file.

KEYWORDS: agenda; conservative; corruption; cpac; milo; nevertrumpers; scandals; trump
"What goes around comes around" is the old saying.....guess CPAC is finding that out

If fake, globalist, free market rhetoric is conservative, then then advocates for that are the ones trying to change the definition of conservatism.

Not only is the nation state the best hope for individual prosperity and security, as Pres Trump says, but IT is the value that has weathered time and the continued preservation of that value is conserving the valuable...i.e., conservative. Pick an empire and history shows you find insanity pretty quickly, and then imagine one of those being global. THAT is the dysfunctional and freedom hating concept.

Not sure what was so horrendous in the comments.

We won. We need to move past “how awful was zerohisseff” and come up with ideas to keep the voters who voted for Trump because of his message.
That DOES mean articulate women; that does mean more Milos.
Not as tokens to be paraded in a look at our diversity parade but based on their abilities as leaders and thinkers. And if that does mean its just angry old white guys, well then it is what it is.
But I don’t think so.

IMHO we should be touting that this country will work for all of us by getting out of everyone’s day to day business so more people can use their native abilities to succeed. MAGA.

Thats what we should say, I think.

CPAC has been taken over by Bush RINO’s.

They have caved on nearly all social issues. They fully support homosexual marriage, gay pride parades, giving out free condoms and transgenders in the military.

This is what happens when you get NeverTrumpers controlling CPAC and National Review. Metrosexuals like Erik Erikson and Jonah Goldberg, spit!

I am posting part of the 1924 Republican platform just to get some perspective on how much the Republican Party has changed since the globalist took over in the 1950's: platform.

We reaffirm our belief in the protective tariff to extend needed protection to our productive industries. We believe in protection as a national policy, with due and equal regard to all sections and to all classes. It is only by adherence to such a policy that the well being of the consumers can be safeguarded that there can be assured to American agriculture, to American labor and to American manufacturers a return to perpetrate American standards of life. A protective tariff is designed to support the high American economic level of life for the average family and to prevent a lowering to the levels of economic life prevailing in other lands.

In the history of the nation the protective tariff system has ever justified itself by restoring confidence, promoting industrial activity and employment, enormously increasing our purchasing power and bringing increased prosperity to all our people.

I didn’t find any of the comments posted there outlandish other than the first one about women. It was on the sexist side to suggest that the women speaking were just up there as pretty faces and making speeches about hating Obama. The comments about Keane were probably true and was no disrespect to Keane. The commenter was just saying we need more people than angry old white guys speaking in order to influence more people to our side. The only other comment that was controversial is he believed that Huckabee is not a true believer in conservatism.

So we need our ideas to appeal based on their age or color of their skin and not their content? Good to know!

"So we need our ideas to appeal based on their age or color of their skin and not their content? Good to know!"

Thanks for reading into my statements something completely different than what I said. What we need are more conservative commentators from all different walks of life. It's not as if they aren't out there. We could have Tim Scott, Larry Elder, Star Parker and yes Milo before these tapes came out.

Perhaps this is too much for you to grasp, but having someone who never experienced welfare telling people how terrible welfare is doesn't sway people that are in that life. However, having someone like Star Parker who has had abortions, been a drug addict and lived the scam of welfare telling them that it's all a lie and how the government is keeping you on the plantation is a lot more powerful message.

It's not watering down the message, its packaging it in such a way as to get more people to understand how liberalism is destroying their lives. The goal is to persuade people of the message after all...

Another example from my own life, one of the most powerful and moving speeches I ever heard in my own life was by Congressional Medal of Honor recipient Richard Pittman. His topic was leadership in combat. Somehow it just would not have had the impact coming from a history professor...

I believe that is a patronizing way to think, does Conservatism really need to utilize identity politics to appeal to minorities? Argumentum ad populum and moral relativism don’t make what is right wrong and vice versa.

Is the dearth of Star Parkers (and Sheriff Clarkes) why Hillary and her “message(s)” (retch) were so overwhelmingly popular with Black women? Trump never said anything other than wanting to improve life in inner cities time and again, better to ask why social dysfunction and embracing hate groups like BLM and La Raza is so appealing...

"I believe that is a patronizing way to think, does Conservatism really need to utilize identity politics to appeal to minorities?"

It's not patronizing. It's reality, it's human nature. A message is more or less powerful depending on the person that gives it. You or I could get up at CPAC and make a speech and no one cares. Have someone who has gone through the fires personally of what they talk about give that same speech and people will sit up and listen.

I could give a speech on abortion and so what? It might get the base fired up, but it's not about the base, it's about moving beyond the base. Have Gianna Jessen stand up and give that same speech and she will persuade a lot more people. Who is Gianna Jessen you ask? She's a woman who was born because of a botched abortion. Yes, she was supposed to be aborted from a 17 year old woman and she made it. She now has cerebral palsy because of the botched procedure and she is a huge pro life supporter who speaks all the time. Who is more likely to persuade people of the evils of abortion her or me?
