What, no Phoenix???? That surprises me!
They should try the Raleigh, NC area when the “green fog” sets in. You can see the pine pollen drifting and blowing around like snow flurries.
Nashville must be #6 !
The smog and chemical smells keeps down the pollen in northern NJ...
Are you saying that the universal fart serves some useful purpose, lol?
In Atlanta we often have pollen counts over 10000, where 500 is considered high. You can see yellow clouds of pollen blowing off pine trees. Same throughtout the entire southern pine barren.
No Sacramento, which is downwind from sprawling ag school UC Davis, where they grow huge fields filled with all kinds of strange asthma-triggering foreign crops?
This area is very, very bad. Years ago, my late daughter was in a Girl Scouts’ play about our history. The Indians called this “The Valley of Illness.” It still lives up to that name.
The CDC is boycotting Phoenix for its stand against the illegal alien “immigrants” flooding in.
Here in California’s Bay Area, the Acacia trees are in full blossom after a month of constant watering. The trees and seedlings are heavy with thousands of tiny bright yellow flowers. There are several ornamental Plum trees stuck in the ground near buildings. Their buds open up to release a clumsy flurry of pink, white and magenta petals onto the sidewalks.
Nice to look at along the freeway as I sit like a rock in slow rainy-day traffic, but bad for those who have allergies. Lucky for me, I don’t have that problem.

Well, I think they may have a friend in the Maricopa County Sheriff. He seems very illegal friendly!
I know. That really ticks me off. And then the snowflakes say that no illegal alien “immigrants” voted. It was their illegal votes that got Penzone the job. Arizonans sure didn’t vote for him.
Yeah I thought Nashville was one of the worse, because the city is in a bowl and the winds blow across the top and don’t clear the allergens out.

And everyone’s vehicle windshield wiper-blade arc is outlined in yellow.
allergy season sucks.
Too bad the republicans didn’t have an heir apparent for Sheriff Arpaio to endorse. That may have been a winning choice. As it was, Arpaio ,who was a fantastic sheriff and a strong presence for a very long time. is going to be 85(!!) in a few weeks. Also he is weighed down with all the nonsensical lawsuits encouraged by the Obama Gang. It was time for him to step aside and hand the reins to someone else. I predict Sheriff Penzone may have to dial back some of his more liberal approaches before very long. Federal funds may become at stake.
Surprised Austin/San Antonio is not on the list. All the cedar (and other allergens) in the hill country get blown south and dumped on these areas this time of year.
and nothing from the Central Valley, California? Tracy, Modesto, Manteca?
