He would clear out in NJ long enough to allow the Lt. Gov to gain some traction as an incumbent.
I like your idea of giving the Lt. Gov. some time in office. She may actually be a good Gov. She seems to have some guts. I am afraid to say it but our state will never be turned completely around. The corruption on both sides runs too deep.
