Install Linux with no GUI. When requested, boot up to the command prompt and say: “OK, it’s all yours!”
ROTFLMAO. You do realize, that more than half the people reading this have no idea whatsoever, what in the hell is a "GUI?"
For those people, GUI = Graphical User Interface, i.e., if you're using Windows and or a Mac, your using a "GUI."
