The POS terrorist had been offered clemency by Bill Clinton on condition of renouncing terrorism but the POS REFUSED to renounce terrorism.

They never give the Puerto Ricans a real choice....like Statehood or Independence, with a guarantee it would happen. If that was the choice, 90 percent would choose Statehood....no way they give up U.S. citizenship for instant third world status and civil war.

Instead either the referendums are not binding or they include some sort of third choice like staying as they are now.

And with only a 2plus majority in the Senate, now is not the time to bring in a population that has been brain washed into drinking the demonrat koolaide to such an extent that they are bankrupt as we speak.
