The last corporation I worked for...when they fired someone they showed up at their desk, watched them pack their stuff up, and then walked them to the front door. I hope that is what they did. lol

I hope that is what they did. lol Best one I witnessed was a senior level manager. Got met in the parking lot by HR. Had him sign the paperwork and they gave him his personal stuff from his office. He deserved it.
