The White House is set to name Mike Dubke, the founder of Crossroads Media, as its communications director, sources told Fox News.

Dubke was at the White House Thursday. He will replace Jason Miller, who stepped down soon after he was selected in December.

Dubke has been involved in local, state and federal politics since 1988, according to his bio on Crossroads Media’s website.

“His experience has brought him a unique understanding of the relationship between political strategy and public policy development,” the website read.

Miller abruptly announced that he would not take the job– two days after the transition team said he was joining the Trump administration in that role.

Miller, a longtime spokesman for Trump’s campaign and later the transition operation, had been named communications director and assistant to the president as part of the senior White House communications team.

It is possible that this is the Pence/Preibus/Ryan cabal move and the article from Breitbart is Bannon’s way of saying I don’t agree with this.

Whatever the case, letting Rove back in should be a red flag for Freepers to keep an eye on Preibus..like we didn’t already know..actually apparently some here are fine with it so I guess some don’t know.

He worked to get pro-abortion Murkowski reelected in Alaska. Anybody connected to Porky Pig Rove is bad news. Big time GOPe. Hard to believe Bannon or Conway are OK with this move. My prediction is he won’t last long. Watch for Rove to start praising Trump now that his boy is in charge of communication. He’s criticized Trump daily since he took office. That’ll all end now.

I suspect it’s difficult to find people who are not tainted in some way with rancid GOPe biofilm. You almost have to bring in people with zero government experience if you want to avoid it. If I weren’t married with children I’d certainly consider working for Trump.

Accepting such a position isn’t smart if you’re anti-Trump.

It either exposes you to being nuked from both sides or forces you to defend Trump. He may try something but I don’t see it as hurting Trump.

Preibus, definitely.

Last thing we need is any associate of Karl Rove in the WH. He was the reason and fault GW didn’t defend himself against the nastiness of the press.. He admitted it might have been a mistake, underestimating the damage a run away, unchallenged press did to Bush 43.

Rove sucks.
