Of the tens of thousands of affected relatives, I'd be amazed if more than a few percent were as soft in the head as the quoted relatives. The attempted manipulation of public opinion by a few outliers or sob stories is so over the top that I think people either ignore it or (like you and me) get really po'd.

The duty of a President, any President is to protect their Country and its people.
