Fixing the economy, draining the swamp, stopping illegal voting, deporting the illegals, building the wall, repairing the mess overseas, securing the government from enemies external and internal are all more important than prosecuting Hillary.

All these activities will be carried out by President Trump's appointed cabinet members--they will complete the multi-tasking that you describe and his Cabinet will be run like a dynamic corporation rather than a clogged political bureaucracy.

A significant percent of Trump's base is composed of people who voted for the President because they demand to see Hillary and her band of law-breakers prosecuted and punished. These are citizens who cannot abide the idea that "there simply is no point in prosecuting her."

Bringing Hillary into the Halls of Justice is an obligatory action if the President intends to fulfill a key plank in the platform that carried him into the Oval Office.
