The coal mining industry said it would be costly to implement and lead to job losses across the sector, which is already suffering from a market-driven downturn in demand for its product.

"Market-driven" my ass. The downturn is directly related to the EPA and other Obama destruction policies.

I agree. We export mining equipment primarily to coal and gold miners. Yes there was a market downturn but that was the smaller part of the problem

Those commie bastards at the EPA are determined to wipe the coal industry out.

So tell the tens of thousands of coal miners who have lost their jobs over the last six years that they will simply have to retrain for the new economy.

I hope every bastard at the EPA meets a bad end.
