Yes, further down (of course) in the article it says that investigators have as yet found no evidence of any cooperation for the campaign between the Trump campaign and the Russians. A non-story, at least at this point.
Here’s the problem. They can make up anything they want, and it will be believed by many. The foundation has been laid.
At a bare minimum, the next shoe to drop will be Flynn had been in contact with the Russians long before the election.
Even if Trump avoids impeachment, the GOPe will own him.
