A Seattle federal district court has issued a preliminary injunction on President Trump's controversial immigration executive order, which temporarily banned most immigration from seven predominantly Muslim countries and also shut down the refugee program for 120 days.
The injunction, by Judge James Robart, effectively extends the temporary restraining order he issued earlier this month into an indefinite nationwide block of Trump's immigration order.

Also, McCain (of all people) has introduced bill into the Senate to break up the 9th into multiple courts. I predict it will be done.

They are the weak link in Trump's defense of the US. Too many in Congress are more likely to move against the Trump Administration than they are the Judiciary. Many of them are active open borders advocates and working to enable more invaders whether they be called refugees, immigrants or just "undocumented border crossers." The enemy is among us and throughout the government.
Oh, Robart is probably colluding with the 9th every day, to coordinate their plan.

Almost certainly. I can’t believe this District Judge would have expanded his order if he didn’t already know the en banc decision soon to come from the 9th Circuit would support the restraining order.
It’s time to begin charging these judges with sedition and simply arresting them.
