Nowadays, EVERYTHING causes a “storm” on social media, because there’s always somebody who will react to something. Somebody here will even react — because of the Bush/Clinton years — to the suggestion that Ivanka Trump will be a good president some day, with more solid executive and decision-making experience than the womanprezwannabe every had.

The left is reduced to complaining about trivialities because they have nothing of substance to offer.
(BTW, where was the outrage from the left over 0vomit putting his feet up on the desk. Not that that is incredibly substantial, either, but if we are going after symbolism, it was far, far worse. It was disrespectful and contemptuous. The picture of Ivanka is respectful and dignified.)

I recall when a previous president used the Oval Office for something other than a prop. Personally, I prefer the current use to previous uses.
That is absolutely right and the Democrat party is all about fostering envy.

Jeez...Hillary used to hold secret meetings in the White House when she was peddling her insurance scams.
Not sure her participating in an open and public event is really all that earth shattering.
