Kobach: I've Told The President How To 'Go After' Voter Fraud {Finally Thanks To Trump}
talkingpointsmemo.com ^ | 2/13/17 | Matt Shuham

Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach said Monday that he has advised President Donald Trump on how to “go after” voter fraud.

White House senior policy adviser Stephen Miller cited Kobach as an expert on voter fraud issues in an interview Sunday.

During an appearance on "Fox and Friends" Monday, Kobach said that he had not been in touch with Vice President Mike Pence about his potential commission on voter fraud, but that he had spoken to the President about it.

“I’ve actually spoken with the President himself about this problem, and we've talked about various ways you can go after this problem, you can find those people who are criminally voting illegally,” Kobach said. “And, by the way, many of the people in Kansas have been voting in multiple elections we have found. So yes, there is a way to go after it, and I think the federal government will do it.

~~ {clip} ~~

Kobach in the interview referenced “115 cases of known non-citizens who either got on our voter rolls in Kansas or who attempted to get on our voter rolls.” And, based on a “statistical analysis,” he said, there could be “as many as 18,000 cases of aliens on our voter rolls or people who attempted to get on the voter rolls and are not citizens,” in Kansas.

What would 18,000 voter-fraud cases in Kansas project to for they entire US?

First, we look for Kansas's Non-Citizen population. For 2012, fairus.org gives Kansas the following population statistics: Foreign-Born = 186,816 [Link] and Foreign-Born Naturalized = 118,879 [Link]. That makes the Non-Citizen (legal & illegal) = 67,937. That would mean that 15% (18,000) of Kansas's Non-Citizen population engaged in some level of voter fraud.

Next, we look for the U.S. Non-Citizen population. For 2013, fairus.org gives the U.S. the following population statistics[Link]: Foreign-Born = 41,348,066 and Foreign-Born Naturalized = 18,206,895. That makes the Non-Citizen (legal & illegal) = 23,141,171.

Projecting the 15% Non-Citizen voter-fraud of Kansas to the entire U.S. 23 million Non-Citizen population = 3.5 million cases of alien voter fraud.

And while the Korbach analysis's finding of "as many as" 18,000 means it could be less, there's are also good reasons to believe the U.S. level of alien voter fraud could much higher than Kansas:

1) The Governor, the Lieutenant Governor and the overwhelming majority of both houses of the Legislature are Republicans with no motive for turning a blind-eye or encouraging alien voter fraud.

2) The 2013 U.S. Non-Citizen population includes only an estimate (12 million) of the Illegal-Alien population, which has been the same static no growth estimate given for the last 20-years . (An obvious lie to anyone who's lived in the U.S. for the past 20-years.)

So Kobach tells the illegal voters how they find them. Stupid? I believe that Trump’s policy is to tell your enemy NOTHING. You don’t call ahead and advise them the date and time BEFORE you attack, that was done in Vietnam years ago and look that that turned out.

It is also possible that illegal voters committed other federal offenses including but not limited to:

<><> Title 18 U.S.C. §1341, Mail Fraud, 18 U.S.C.§1001, Presenting a False Document to an Agent of the US Government (involves several felonies and could include forgery);

<><> 18 U.S.C.§1027 False statements and concealment of facts in relation to documents required by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 and other possible offenses including civil and/or criminal RICO violations.

<><> 18 U.S.C. §§1961-68 (RICO Act)18 U.S.C. §1001 (making false Statements to Agents of the US Government),

<><> 18 U.S.C. §241(Conspiracies Against Civil Rights).

<><> Possibly full investigations centering on RICO conspiracies under 18 U.S.C. §1962(c) could be warranted because (1) the persons (2) were employed by or associated with an enterprise (3) that engaged in or affected interstate commerce and that (4) the persons operated or managed the enterprise (5) through a "pattern" (6) of racketeering activity, and (7) the taxpayers were injured by reason of the "pattern" of racketeering activity.

<><> Alleged Offenses could include Violation of Title 18 U.S.C. §241 – Conspiracy Against Constitutional Rights – which prohibits in relevant part, “two or more persons (from conspiring) to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same . . .” See, 18 U.S.C. §241.

Taxpayers demand investigation by the following agencies commence at once:

<><> FBI -- Wire Fraud Division

<><> IRS-Fraud Unit

<><> Department of Justice’s Office of the Inspector General,

<><> Department of Commerce’s Office of Inspector General.

<><> DOJ's Criminal Division-- Public Integrity Section

talkingpointsmemo is a very far left “source”. The whole article is an attempt to discredit the idea of voter fraud as a problem.

White House adviser: We have provided ‘enormous’ evidence of voter fraud
1776 Coalition ^ | 2/13/2017 | Mallory Shelbourne / FR Posted by HomerBohn

White House policy adviser Stephen Miller on Sunday insisted that the Trump administration has provided ample evidence of widespread voter fraud, an unsubstantiated claim that President Trump has said cost him the popular vote.

“The White House has provided enormous evidence with respect to voter fraud, with respect to people being registered in more than one state,” Miller told ABC’s “This Week.”

“Dead people voting, non-citizens being registered to vote....it is a fact and you will not deny that are massive numbers of non-citizens in this country who are registered to vote.”

This must be looked at as voter fraud.

Journalists Dined at Top Clinton Staffers Homes
Days Before Hillary’s announcement of her candidacy

Wikileaks via Breitbart ^ | October 17 2016 | Ezra Dulis / FR Posted by grey_whiskers

ITEM..... Several top journalists and TV news anchors RSVPed “yes” to attend a private, off-the-record gathering at the New York home of Joel Benenson, the chief campaign strategist for Hillary Clinton, two days before she announced her candidacy in 2015, according to emails Wikileaks published from John Podesta’s accounts.

ITEM-—The guest list for an earlier event at the home of John Podesta was limited to reporters who were expected to cover Clinton on the campaign trail. —snip—

===================================

ITEM-—Wikileaks revealed earlier that late night talk host Stephen Colbert, and his team at Comedy Central, were making TV episodes at the request or order of the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) back in April of 2013.

So, viewers thought they were vote-smart because they’re informed by a comedian, yet same said comedian was doing Hillary’s bidding the whole time.

ITEM——I hope talk hosts Stephen Colbert, Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy Kimmel, Bill Maher, Seth Myers, Trevor Noah and Conan O’Brien have their lawyers on retainer and speed dial.

....because if the Trump Administration uncovers that the DNC and the Clintons were directly working with any member of media and their writing staff during the 2016 Presidential election, they could be charged with violating Federal election laws.

Illegal voting is the only way dems win elections. It is no wonder they are squealing like stuck pigs.

That’s why they wanted to publish the figure of 18,000 cases. And that’s why it was important for me to add what they failed to include: The projection from Kansas to the entire US.

Why can't TRUMP implement Voter ID? Since we own ALL of DC, why can't we get it done & have the Supreme Court make it LAW?

Voter ID would be free & funded by Billionaires that would like Voter ID

Free UBER ride both ways to get Voter ID

& a Special toll free number to call if you still have problems getting ID, your case will be taken care of promptly

It’s crucial that this is handled before 2018. The Rats will do everything in their corrupt power to regain the house and Senate so they can impeach Trump.
