Indivisible: The Liberal Group Putting Pressure On Republicans In Order To Destroy Trump's Agenda
Townhall ^ | February 13, 2017 | Matt Vespa

Republicans are under siege by angry protesters. The sea of protests at the their town halls has them on edge. They’re “feeling the wrath” over their agenda. These are the sound bites from the media, specifically the Big Three (CBS, NBC, and ABC) concerning the intense town halls hosted by Republican lawmakers, some of which have led some representative, like Rep. Tom McClintock (R-CA), needing a police escort to leave.

Politicians are quite cowardly, so I’m sure many of them are shaking in their shoes.

Leadership has already met about this topic- at least acc. to Breitbart. Answer is that all townhalls have screened attendees (for security, registered voter in the rep’s district ie. proof of ID just like voter ID, press credentials that are real and proper, and several other screening points to prevent non-relevant attendees and outside agitators). If they can’t provide proof they are in a reps’ district and a voter— they don’t get in- period. First level of screen is paper application to come to the event- weeks prior.

You can do anything, you can say anything, you can print lies upon lies, because that is all you have...

WE are the Trump Supporters and guess what, WE ARE NOT GOING TO CHANGE!!!

Take your whinny little behinds and go sit in the corner with your binky and get the hell over it!!!

WE, the American Voter told you early on that WE were going to elect WHO WE thought could take better care of this County, and WE did, and it wasn’t YOU!!!

And as far as Barky and his ‘gang bangers’ going into Republican Town Halls, they will be put in jail soon, as we are right now cleaning out the ILLEGALS that are killing, raping, beating up and setting fires to cars, buildings and people first, then we are going to come after you!!!

Don’t try to cash checks your butt can’t cash...there are a lot more of us than there are of you, and we DON’T BACK DOWN!!!

First it was threats to the voters. Then threatening the states with suits during the recounts. Then threatening the Electors during the EC process. Then pushing Congress during the confirmation process. Then assassination threats during the inauguration. Then stonewalling tactics during the cabinet posts hearings. Then judge hunting after the immigration ban executive order. Now direct threats to GOP and state congressional members. SMFH.

Hey, Republicans, wake-up and smell the Alinsky.

They’ve only been doing this crap since 1972!

Excuse me, but you are not allowed to disrupt public meetings! You may protest outside But you may not cause other citizens to be deprived from hearing a message they attended to hear. Where is LE? Why is this happening? We elected President Trump to establish law and order!

Right you are and the headline is bothersome because we know how Republicans fold like a cheap umbrella when “pressured”. I hope they don’t blow this once in a lifetime opportunity they’ve been given by the voters as to both houses of Congress and the possibility of even more....I hate them, I don’t trust them and I want to see new blood of young Conservatives kicking arse and taking names like our President.

The best security would begin with what you suggest, but I would go much further. While it limits the number of venues for the event, the results will be much better for both the speakers and the audiences.

Start with underground or elevated parking adjacent to the venue, which allows for screening of vehicles, vehicle security when parked, and secondary screening from the parking area into the building.

The auditorium should be “three segments back” from entrances, say a lobby, a secondary room, and then the auditorium. This provides protection from both vehicular attack and noise.

Last, but not least, having a couple snipers on nearby rooftops is always good. They, and a few people with walkie-talkies to act as “pickets” to spot large mobs approaching, and you should be good to go.

At the very least, these meetings should be for constituents only (might not help senators, but would help reps.) Photo ID required at the door to prove the person lives in the district.

There was a NY Post reporter and author, Paul Sperry, on Fox & Friends this a.m. talking about Obama scheming to sabotage Trump. Video here:
