If I was a shareholder in Nike, my first question would be to compare corporate performance to this raise. If the company has not tripled revenue, or tripled its value then why is the raise so large?

Again, a question for shareholders and potential shareholders, not the government.

Unless they are getting unfair tax breaks or other government support this is the concern of NIKE stockholders and customers.
