Isn’t Mexico telling them to tie up our courts? Send them packing they have NO rights so why should they get time in our courts.
Fine, don't grant visas to Mexicans, until Mexico agrees to respect American laws. If they "reciprocate", they lose. They need American tourists, we don't need more welfare spongers.
This is all part of a strategy. Under the Obama administration most illegals caught near the border have been coached to claim asylum status and to refuse to identify their country of origin for fear of reprisal. This gets them a court date, sometimes years out, and release into the United States. Many Central Americans prefer this to not getting apprehended. It separates them from their coyotes and makes them less susceptible to being kidnapped and held for ransom inside the US.
