President Trump and Congress are being urged to impeach federal judges lining up to thwart the new administration's move on immigration.
Claiming that the judges are threatening national security with their actions, the president and Congress should take action to shut down "leftist" courts operating out of the mainstream, according to an influential lobbyist and columnist.

Show the idiot what the Constitution says about it. Then impeach THAT judge.
I agree with him 100%, however, I personally do not believe the gutless wonders of the Republican Party, who are in control, will act accordingly. I think they love being losers.

Conviction in the Senate would require a 2/3 vote, this will not happen with the current makeup of the Senate.
Impeachment might not happen but it is good it see some one fighting back.
Even one impeachment trial going forward would serve notice.
Congress made the federal courts and can take them away, but it did not make the Supreme Court.
They have to have a trial. They also need to split that damn court.
Trump cannot impeach. Only the House. And the Senate must be the jury.
Trump will find a way to enforce the law. These judges are only hurting America and themselves.
Currently easier to redraw the circuit boundaries, to add new ones with original intent judges, to change the courts’ non-original jurisdiction, and to use the nuclear option to block Democrat opposition. But if the courts were to block even these remedies, then impeachment and the Jackson-era style of defiance would be our only option.
Impeach every damned one of them! Start with the dipshit in Washington and see how many are willing to risk their government salary to do the bidding of Soros and his minions.
I continue to ask: If a federal judge(s) refuses to apply the Constitution and the specific, incontrovertible authority granted to the President regarding foreign policy, which includes immigration, and that federal judge(s) ignore the specificity of laws and prior court judgments, why can’t those judges be impeached?
Split the 9th, and assign existing judges to the most inconvenient district, forcing them all to move or commute. We should get more than a few resignations out of that move....without adding judges, or contentious impeachments.
The judges have identified and provided the necessary evidence to show that they do not rule of facts or law, but usurping executive authority. They should be impeached, convicted and removed from office.

1)The 9th apparently wants to reverse itself.
2)Libshanded Trump a hammer to pound on their heads from now until mid-terms.
3) The judiciary branch has exposed itself as over-reaching and legislative, for which the minimum result will be splitting the 9th circuit.
Better yet, dissolve the court. Simple majority in both houses. Do it now and swiftly.
Thus the problem with Marbury v. Madison...
