Why couldn’t you just dissolve the entire circuit court system and redraw the boundaries for those courts and all judges there to would have to be re-nominated and re-confirmend.

It would seem to me to be more sensible to just have 50 courts....one for each state, with three primary justices and one back-up judge. You could draw this up in a week, and pass it fairly easily. I don’t see how any Democrat would be against it....it’d put the judges within that state and ensure a quicker review process. Maybe while doing this...put some rule in that once nominated...you can only remain there for eight years max.
