Someone has been attaching posters to bulletin boards on Penn State University's main campus that tell people to report illegal immigrants.
University officials said they do not know who is behind the signs and denounced them as "deeply offensive" in a statement.
"The posters are unsigned and appear to be designed to provoke anger, fear and hate," it said.
Likewise, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials called the signs “bogus,” saying Friday that the agency was not involved and would not solicit information in that manner.

Yep, fake news or not even fake news.
Just some semi random thoughts from a brain addled liberal posing as a journalist expressing those random brain waves as news.
The postings were probably put up by liberals themselves, as a provocation, and as an excuse to protest. And maybe burn a few cars.
But all that aside, since when is asking folks to report a crime “deeply offensive”?
We are so far down the rabbit hole when it is deeply offensive to report illegal aliens.
Mexicans wouldn’t bat an eye to report illegal aliens in their country and the illegal aliens would be dealt with harshly.
First thing that jumped out at me too.
Rework the posters to advocate reporting ALL illegal activity, then list everything INCLUDING illegal presence in the country.
Enforcement of the law is offensive?
