But Tillerson clearly stated in his hearings that the Chinese should not be on those fortified islands they have built, and that we have to let them know that is unacceptable. It is early days to be getting worried about Trump's China policy. He's still getting his feet on the ground, with about 100 irons in the fire.
Wow, you should read the comments under this story on Politico. These folks are living in an alternate universe. Many of them actually believe Trump won't be in office within a few months.

Trump folded like a cheap suit. He seems to have known so very little about anything while he was running, that he keeps embarrassing himself with sudden reversals. #sad indeed.
This is all fake news. The goal of the media is to make it look like Trump doesn’t know what he’s doing so he’s constantly changing his position. As a result, we are reading a lot unfinished stories that give half truths. These stories have no nuance and there is no effort to understand his strategy. Hot pieces don’t serve the public well. You may as well not even post stories like this.
Unfortunately, I don’t believe this “one China” policy until I hear it come from Trumps mouth.
That said, if it does turn out to be “policy”, China now owns Trump. I suspect Tillerson and Exxon are right square in the middle IF THIS IS TRUE.
