One of the first things that needs to be done is to pass/enforce laws against “protesting” in masks. It is clear that the reason for it is they cannot be identified when they start rioting. They are obviously hiding from cameras that could be used to prosecute them. Another thing is it should be illegal for them to protest in the street. Anyone impeding or blocking traffic in any way- even blocking the person/persons they are protesting should result in immediate arrest.
Take a lesson from Lincoln and the NYC draft riots.
Role out one of those classic 12 pound Napoleon cannons, pack it full of grape shot and fire once. There will be no more demonstrators on that street, and probably none on any other street for a good long time.
