A three judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit determined it is possible President Donald Trump may have violated the Establishment Clause of the U.S. Constitution by issuing an executive order that calls for prioritizing the refugee claims of persecuted religious minorities.

This 9th Circuit is Anti American. And, I recall Hillary was touting the importance of taking over the circuit courts and also, the importance of Democrats learning Chrstian-speak, to use with Independents.
Obama already did that when he decided that Muslims should be processed first.

However, Justice Kennedy DID establish a religion when he claimed that he had a “new insight” and decreed that disapproval of homosexual marriage is immoral and therefore the entire country must recognize homosexual marriage.
