I have heard that when the “refugees” arrive the welfare forms are already filled out and all they have to do is sign.
The concept that our Constitution applies to aliens is ridiculous Just imagine an Irishman, in Ireland, can appeal to the fifth amendment.
Since when is an Irishman, who has never been in the states a United States resident?
Any other part of the world is free to adopt the text of the US Constitution, and apply it within their own locality. However, that does NOT mean that there is mutual recognition of rights conferred upon citizens of those countries that have made such a move, and their rights while within the United States of America. Visitors from other countries are GUESTS, here at the sufferance of the current Administration, and as such, are expected to behave as guests, with a certain degree of comity and courtesy.
Laws of long standing and proven Constitutional authority are already on the books, and when enforced, provide a perfectly satisfactory means of assuring that these GUESTS are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve.
There has been a long-standing failure of will to enforce these laws, and it does not augur well for the present or future of that intellectual ideal and abstraction known as “the United States of America”. While there is a tangible territory that bears that name, the physical existence is separate and apart from the principles and codes that govern it. This means, that the right for these principles and customs must be reasserted by the occupants of the territory, else it may be lost through compromises and false assumptions on the part of ignorant, malicious, or simply unschooled men.
Illegal aliens, and particularly those from the muslim ‘tribe,’ have more rights that US citizens, much like ‘native’ American Treaty Tribes.
