The ruling by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals is out, and it has found against the Trump Administration, choosing to uphold the nationwide restraining order against Trump's immigration action.

When it becomes illegal to enforce existing federal law, the government has gone out of its bounds. Screw the 9th circuit. They are entirely illegitimate at this point. They won’t enforce the law? It’s time for real Americans to enforce it.

since it is both CLEARLY constitutional and specifically authorized by statute (AND since previous courts have dismissed such challenges on the basis that they lack jurisdiction to overturn presidential national security.border.defense orders)

How soon can a new SC justice begin work....they talked about April at latest, but I think it’s time to nuke his nomination right away.
Immediately order our embassies in the 7 countries to only start processing visas during the 5 minutes of Muslim prayers and on the days when Muslims are at the mosque. All refugees must be diverted to Gitmo or Puerto Rico but not allowed to entire the mainland of the US.
