Crystal Silva - Not even once.
If it were up to me, their actions would be a capital offense.
Probably that's the case here.
Enjady has a long and violent criminal history in this area of New Mexico -- Several child abuse cases, a felony case pending from 2015 for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and possession of a firearm by a felon, a conviction in 2005 for possession of drug paraphernalia, a 2007 conviction for aggravated assault on a household member with a deadly weapon and a 2008 conviction of battery on a household member.
The other four currently in custody have ridiculously low bonds which will get them out of jail with a 10% payment to a bondsman. If the judge has any guts, he will apply the new state law to Enjady when caught which denies bond to repeat and violent criminals which pose a danger to the community.
They happen almost every day up here. The bad part is when innocents get caught up. Happened here a few years ago.
Heh, Dave, I’m ALWAYS alert.
(some would call it alert to the point of paranoia ;-) )
But thanks for the ping!
I hope the residents are now or soon will be armed and trained.
