Hopefully if they re-enter they get a long prison sentence just like Mexico has for its immigration law. This would pretty much create an invisible wall that will give us time to build the physical wall.
The physical wall is most important for stopping the casual traffic and the many truckloads of drugs immigrants that cross easily. People will always find ways around the wall, so its important to have stiff penalties and also take away the jobs and the welfare which is what attracts third worlders in the first place.
It’s going to reach a point when left coast judges are ignored out of hand.
I agree to an extent, but when the laws are enforced, this flow is going to slow to a trickle.

I observe that the landscape changed today. I don't think Sessions is going to tolerate ANY UNLAWFUL JUDICIAL OVERREACH from this point forward.

People, and Governments of Cities & States are either law abiding or law breaking.
A Sanctuary Cities actively seeking to ignore the law should be punished.
This isn’t a heartless thing. Making our US citizens suffer (crime, tax, other burdens) is unnecessary. Those seeking refuge can follow process to apply for asylum. Those just wanting to ignore our immigration laws, take advantage of our generosity, take advantage of our citizens... time to seal that door shut.
