Scalia was a traditionist catholic. That informs his intellect and world view to some kind of degree. Impossible not to. This nominee... unthankful to some degree and should have kept his peace at the least. Should look deeper. Feinstein likes him so not sure how that can be totally good. I suggest you start from the premise that he is NOT a strict constructionist. He shouldn’t get in just because he was picked by Trump and we like Trump. He may be a hardcore activist.
